FAQ

Does ImageSnap work for video walkthroughs too?

ImageSnap currently focuses on image capture and organization. For video files, you can still create the same folder structure in Google Drive manually and log the videos as rows in your Sheet — but the capture tool itself is image-specific.

Can I give agents direct access to upload requests or notes?

Agents can be shared on the Google Sheet with comment or edit permissions. They can add notes, flag photos for reshoot, or mark delivery confirmed — all within the familiar Sheets interface.

How do I handle shoots that span multiple days?

Each project in ImageSnap is a persistent folder. You can add more photos to the same project at any time — they append to the same Sheet and folder. Day 1 and Day 2 shots coexist with full metadata.

What happens to my existing Drive folders if I start using ImageSnap?

ImageSnap only manages new captures going forward. Your existing Drive structure is untouched. You can gradually migrate by starting new listings in ImageSnap while keeping old ones as-is.
